Routing (actually pathing) algorithms are all beyond the IB spec. OpenSM
has a number of supported algorithms as does VSM. Performance can vary
based on the routing algorithm used as to how well the traffic is
distributed across the various links. See OpenSM man page for the
supported algorithms. See Voltaire for their algorithms.
