[ofa-general] [PATCH] infiniband/hw/mthca: Add optional router mode initialization

Jason,

To date this code has been used to initialize Infinihost III Lx and Ex
flavors running in memfree and Tavor compatibility modes with current and
some back rev firmware.  It has been driven mostly by what was available to
me and has not been exhaustive.
