I have not tested the srp patch, but did test the others against _some_ 
version of opensm, and didn't notice any issues.  My testing was fairly 
limited, and I'm sure that whatever version of opensm is running on my 
cluster doesn't contain QoS support.

Watching the QoS patches go by, I'm not even sure of the current state 
of QoS support in opensm.
