Do you see anything wrong with this patch?  <linux/scatterlist.h>
includes <asm/scatterlist.h> so the extra include of
<asm/scatterlist.h> is not needed, and I don't see anything that seems
like it would want <asm/io.h> (and my test builds on x86-64, ia64,
powerpc, i386 and alpha all pass without the include).
