[ofa-general] ipoib device not loading?

I expanded the ofa_kernel srpm and commented out that section of
ipoib_cm.c, rebuilt the srpm, re-ran the install and it worked. It
would be nice to have a switch to supply to the installer to disable
ipv6 in the future.
