[ofa-general] [PATCH] OFED 1.2.5.5 compile fails "too many args to sk_eat_skb()"

OFED 1.2.5.5 fails to compile sdp code due to "too many arguments to
sk_eat_skb().

# cat /etc/SuSE-release
SUSE LINUX 10.1 (X86-64)

x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

The problem seems to be that 

kernel_addons/backport/2.6.16_sles10/include/net/sock.h

is missing.

Patch attached. Also recorded this in bug #885.
