[ofa-general] [ANNOUCE] dapl 2.0.6 release

Hi Arlin,

When I ran programs with dapl 2.0.6 libraries I got this error by setting DAPL_DBG_TYPE=0xffff and DAT_DBG_TYPE=0xffff:

libdaplofa.so.2: undefined symbol: dapl_extensions

I don't have this problem if I use the libraries in dapl 2.0.5 (though had to compile with dapl 2.0.6 header files).
