OK, makes sense, and I would apply this, but it conflicts with the
change from 45d9478d ("RDMA/cma: Reenable device removal on passive
side").  Can you regenerate the patch against a current tree and
resend?  I'm not sure where the new code should go relative to the
cma_enable_remove() code so I don't wnat to try and merge it myself.
