[ofa-general] [PATCH 1 of 2] mlx4_core: for events for non-existent QPs, print a message only in debug mode

What if we just move modifying the QP to RESET to before we clear the
QP out of the table?  Then events for bogus QPs should never happen,
and we can leave the output as a warning.
