BTW, it's very helpful that you're feeding me patches in smaller
batches.  The only further request I would make is that (if it fits
with your workflow) when sending a batch of patches, you update your
git tree so that it is based on top of either my tree or Linus's tree.
As things are now, your tree has a bunch of extra commits that are not
in other trees.
