[ofa-general] statelss offload patches

Following this email is a list of stateless offload patches. This series
was posted to the list in the past and now has been revised. It has also
been reviewed, some more and some less, by Or Gerlitz from Voltaire
(thanks) though not all his suggestions made it to the code. I hope they
are reviewed by the community and will eventually get into 2.6.25.
