[ofa-general] Standard RDS port number

Hello Olaf,

I'm working on QoS management in OFED.

I noticed the following in the rds.h:

	 * port 18633 was the version that had ack frames on the wire.

I'm using this port number to recognize RDS
connection in QoS manager (OpenSM).

How 'solid' is this RDS_PORT definition?
Will it be standardized somehow?
Do you have some plans to change it?
