I just took a quick look at the log for this first file in the patch,
and I don't see any changes since I originally wrote the file.  So I'm
not sure this makes sense.

Further browsing shows copyright notices added to files that no one from
Mellanox touched, or at least didn't touch in the years added.

I don't have any problem merging stuff like this, although I don't like
to do it too often, but please exercise some care to make sure your
changes are actually accurate.
