[ofa-general] Question regarding chkconfig

It looks like this issue is important to a few of us.  Can anyone
comment on these concerns?

We have a reported issue on RHEL4U4 with device file not getting created
properly.  We believe it is related to this change but have not fully
root cause the problem.
