We should get Connect-X added into table 3 below copied from the opensm
release notes:

What are the device number(s) ?

Also, it was said that any firmware version would suffice but I've seen:

mlx4_core 0000:01:00.0: Installed FW has unsupported command interface revision 1.
mlx4_core 0000:01:00.0: (Installed FW version is 2.0.123)
mlx4_core 0000:01:00.0: This driver version supports only revisions 2 to 3.
mlx4_core 0000:01:00.0: QUERY_FW command failed, aborting.
