[ofa-general] [PATCH 0/3] trap 144, node descriptor change handling.

This patch series starts to handle the new trap 144 features in the 1.2.1 spec;
specifically the node descriptor change flag.  The first 2 patches enabled
testing of the feature and the last patch enables opensm to send a get node
descriptor request for ports which send this trap.

Future patches will hopefully clean up this trap handling code but I did not
want to mix that with this basic functionality.
