[ofa-general] A couple of minor questions about ibutils building and git tree

Oren,

I have a couple of minor questions about ibutils building and it's git
tree. When I build and install I see the following modifications:

#       modified:   ibdiag/doc/ibdiagui.1
#       modified:   ibis/COPYING

Having these is a little dangerous as they might get checked in by mistake ?

Is ibdiagui.1 a generated file ? If so, should it be in the tree ?

The ibis/COPYING file in the git tree looks like it has the standard
OpenFabrics license whereas after building it has GPL.
