yes, but when the patch lands in git, what remains is only the
change-log comment and not anything else, so one someone looks on it
without this info, what can he/she do? please add it when you resubmit
the patch.

OK, got it, so just to make sure I got it, without this patch, the QoS
(SL) for the per partition ipoib broadcast has to be specified through
the partition manager config file, correct?
