Hi,

This adds possibility to redefine IDs which will be used by Up/Down
algorithm to determine up or down path direction when from root node
distance is equal. I found it very useful for routing optimizations with
some topologies (specifically chassis to chassis connected clusters).

Also it consolidates a few file parsers and adds another improvements.
