Hi Dimitar,
OFED-1.3.1 does not support  RedHat EL4 up7.
See, OFED-1.3.1/docs/OFED_release_notes.txt for the list of supported 
platforms.

Note, OFED-1.4-20081103-0630 have some IPoIB issues.
Please use OFED-1.4-20081102-0630, or wait about 30 min for the new 
daily build.
