[ofa-general] [PATCH] mthca: Create sysfs entries for MSI-X interrupts if enabled

We needed a way to link IRQs to IB cards. In /proc/interrupts it lists the IRQ 
and driver module name but when you put in more than one card you can't tell 
which interrupts belong to which card. Same thing for Connect-X.
