[ofa-general] Where to get started?

I am new, completely new, to the whole OpenFabrics thing.  Can someone  
point me to some reading material on all this... Something explaining  
what is OpenSM, what is OpenIB, etc. How does all this stuff work  
together... What is necessary to get a linux system up and running.  
etc.  I visited the OpenFabrics website, but did not find anything  
like this.
