I need help deciding whether to get this in 2.6.27 or not.  With this
patch, how is send queue fast register working?  If this is the last fix
then I think we can get it in 2.6.27.  If you are still debugging and it
still doesn't work well, then I might want to wait and see how big the
required fixes end up being.
