If the ULP uses the SL returned in the PathRecord (or in the case of
IPoIB it can use MCMemberRecord for some things), then this will be
done. I think RDMA CM based apps get this for "free". IPoIB supports
SL. I'm not sure about SRP and SDP. Is this standard ULP or custom
based app ?
