I merged all libibnetdiscover related patch series with noted fixes into
new branch pq/ibn4 and pushed it out. Please verify it once again
(including win compatibility) before merging upstream.

I also figured out that ibnetdiscover changes an order of switches and
ports (now it is from high to low). It could be not bad things for
debugging scripts which use this output, but for human readability I
think reverse order (from low to high) is preferable.
