New release for uDAPL 2.0 available on the OFA download page and in my git tree.

Summary of changes: 

- scm, cma: dat max_lmr_block_size is 32 bit, verbs max_mr_size is 64 bit (bug#1613)
- openib_scm, cma: use direct SGE mappings from dat_lmr_triplet to ibv_sge 
- dtest: add flush EVD call after data transfer errors 
- scm: change default mtu size to 2048
