ip link show ib0

You can also just look in /sys/class/net/ib0/address and 
/sys/class/net/ib0/device will at least tell you which HCA has the
port.

I wonder if it would be hard to add a sysfs link to something like
/sys/class/infiniband/mthca0/ports/1/  ??
