[ofa-general] NetEffect, iw_nes and kernel warning

Hello,

I'm using "iw_nes" driver for NetEffect 10Gbit card under linux
2.6.27.10. I run it on PC with 8 processors.
>From time to time kernel shows following warning:

I haven't noticed any serious problems so far, but I'm not sure if this
warning isn't caused by some bug,which will cause some serious problem
in the future.Is the reason for this warning appearance known? Is there
any fix for it? Thanks
