These patches implements the upgrades proposed in a RFC on the mailing list.
It involves forcing the min hop route to be used (even if not primary) and equilibrating secondary routes

  Enhanced Fat-Tree algorithm:         Added balanced minhop within
    Fat-Tree         Added qsort for choosing secondary routes order
    instead of simple index
  Enhanced qsort compareason function so it looks at the next switch
    level.
  Replaced qsort by enhanced bubble sort
