Hi Sasha,

Attempting to build the head of the mng git tree, I come
across the following error with opensm linking

osm_console.o: In function `osm_console': opensm/opensm/osm_console.c:1471:
undefined reference to `cio_close'

from the code it seems like a call to cio_close which is not under ifdef
ENABLE_OSM_CONSOLE_SOCKET
