Hey Roland,

Quick question:

If I the mlx4 post_send function returns an error synchronously, then it 
will _NOT_ have posted the WR that caused the error, correct?  Further,  
I won't get a CQE for that failed WR.  Correct?

This is in reference to an frmr problem Vu is seeing. 

I just want to make sure that synchronous errors to post_send() don't 
generate completion events.
