[ofa-general] mvapich_pgi rpm ignored by install.pl

Hi All,

I 'm trying to install OFED 1.4 using the install.pl script in the
OFED-1.4-mlnx8.tgz tarball. All goes well except for the mvapich_pgi and
mvapich2_pgi packages. The install scripts creates the RPMs fine, but does
not install them. Manual installation of the RPMs goes without problems as
well. Any ideas on why the install.pl script neglects
mvapich_pgi-1.1.0-3143.x86_64.rpm?
