It is a mlx4_en module parameter, by default it is set to
MLX4_EN_MAX_LRO_DESCRIPTORS which is 32, reloading the module with
num_lro=0 will disable it. It will impact performance when disabling it.

Any possible reason for port1 works but not port2?
