[ofa-general] how to enable MPA CRC on Neteffects cards

Hi,

We want to use the MPA markers on the Neteffect adapters (which is disabled by default by the iw_nes driver).

How can we enable it?

Few minor changes in the MPA negotiation in nes_cm.c.
Apart from that, how do I tell hardware to perform the MPA marker insertion & removal?
