Dear Committee,

Intel would like to hold an arbitration regarding the results of the last Logo event.

For RDMA interoperability the issue between Intel NE020 and the Chelsio T3 constitutes a failure. The RDMA operations between these devices work when using other tools (using only 1 buffer). The issue is seen when the T3 is the client and the Intel is the server as explained below:

Intel (server) -> T3 (client)

         - Large RDMA write using official tools fails

         - Large RDMA write using custom tools with > 1 buffer causes a ~10 minute delay before transfer completes

         - Large RDMA write using custom tools with 1 buffer passes

NE020 does pass interoperability with T4.

Though these test take a long time we believe that the test should be marked as a PASS.

Chelsio will also be sending a seperate arbitration request and I suggest you take both requests into account.

Thanks

Harry
