Here is the proposed solution to arbitration requests for the OFA Logo Event
which started December 2011

Also note, it is our intention to get the logo list published by next
Friday at the latest; our preference is by end of day this coming Tuesday.
Right now, our understanding is the following:

. QLogic HCAs fail - they do not link with the DDN 9900 at all. This
failure is in no way covered by any prior arbitration resolution

. DDN 9900 - a warning based on prior knowledge and the inability of
DDN to get a resolution out of Mellanox for the installed EOL HCA.

. All FDR hardware - will be on a separate beta list with relevant
discussion points as to the nature of the problems as well as highlighting
the un-ratified state of the FDR spec.

. QLogic's 12200 switch - will have a "pass with comments" for link
init as well as a discussion about the failure with the managed Mellanox FDR
switch
