[libfabric-users] sockets provider question

Hi Jithin,

Thanks for the response.  We just did a little more digging and it turns
out that
the test case wasn't calling fi_enable before calling fi_getname.  For the
GNI provider that happens to be okay (currently).    The test now works with
the sockets provider.
