Dido...I would think license headers in the files explicitly saying what the person can-and-can-not-do would be way more official and legal than some website stating what that license is...seems to work for the Linux Kernel...

Hehe, I think it'd be the way around and they'd only care about what's in the code and not what's published on some webpage somewhere.  Its not on the website but I cn ask to have it added, may take a few days though

Is this stated on the website someplace?  We would like to participate but I have to get our legal department to approve of our participation before we can begin.  They (legal) needs something more official than comments in the source code.  I can't explain why <frown>.

I can't seem to find a clear description of the license model that applies to the nvme windows driver.  Can someone point me at the correct document or web page?  Perhaps there isn't a license and only the copyright notices apply?
