[nvmewin] OFA BSD License for Windows driver

We were wondering what version of BSD the open source Windows  driver is licensed under. The only BSD License I can find (see attached) doesn't mention any specific BSD version and also, it says it is for LINUX: "THIS IS THE LINUX STACK UNDER OPENFABRICS BSD LICENSE".  Found it in multiple places:

Also, several of the links at https://www.openfabrics.org/component/content/article/5-downloads/35-windows-license.html  are either broken or out-of-date.
