[nvmewin] Release 1.4 planning meeting

Hi Kwok,

Attached please find a Word document containing a list of requested work items from Samsung we'd like to see covered in the 1.4 Release / added to the  1.4 Planning Meeting agenda.

The first eight items represent the list I already submitted on 4/22,  in a more compact form; the last eight items are new. All items (both old and new) except for one are bug fixes as opposed to new features.

Release 1.3 is behind us and we need to plan for the next 1.4 release.  The original plan is to focus on stability and to pass the Windows Hardware Certification Kit (HCK) in order to be digitally-signed by WHQL. Let's review the plan and let me know if there is any feature that you would like to add to the to do list.
