[nvmewin] OFA Maintainer Role Coverage

All,
I just want to let everyone know that I will be taking a short leave of absence from my role as source maintainer for the OFA NVMe Windows driver.  In my absence, Ray Robles will provide coverage for maintaining the source tree.  I will resume my role in September.
