Continue the discussion around at-large Board members and/or a Technical Advisory Board (TAB).

To Jim Pappas’ comment from last week, we probably will complicate the TAB specifics as well.
( only one representative per organization, who gets to decide the makeup of the TAB, how many seats are there, etc. )

So, my sense is 2 at-large fully functioning Board positions is a better approach.
If will call in tomorrow if at all possible, but that may not happen.
