[Ofa_boardplus] XWG - 10/27

I agree that it is certainly appropriate to review the current status of the ED funding.  Along the same lines, is it possible to ask the treasurer for an update on the plan to create an annual OFA budget cycle?  The reason for suggesting that is that a budget is essentially a blueprint for funding priorities, and without that it's difficult to assess the relative priority of how the ED position is funded.
