LANL motions:  Change "Director” to “direct agents” in 2 sections, so they read as below.

21.1        Waiver of Personal Liability. The liability of direct agents of this Corporation for monetary damages shall be waived and limited to the fullest extent permissible under California law.



21.2        Indemnification.  The Corporation shall indemnify direct agents to the fullest extent permissible under California law.
