Mike,
As far as these go, they look great, however, 2 important conversations were not documented.

1.  The larger question of InterOp participation and the associated proposed increase in fees may put the OFA into a financially untenable position.
Details on the actual participation numbers will allow us to have a more informed conversation about this.

2.  The ED position description was modified and the idea of including minimum as well as maximum numbers in the contract was proposed.
The question of whether we feel the need to advertise this position was put forth.
Most folks were fine not advertising as long as that does not break any rules for our 501c6 corporation.
Susan took the AR to find out from John Mitchell about that.
