Under item 5, please change 'Co-chair' to 'Vice Chair'.

Wherever possible, when motions are made on the spot, please capture the wording of the motion, any amendments to the motion, and the discussion (if any) following the second.  It was a confused and time-pressured discussion this morning, so it might not have been possible to do so.  

(In the case of complex motions presented before the meeting, usually by .ppt, I think you've said that the best thing is to simply incorporate those slides (as amended) into the minutes.  I agree that that is the best way to go.)

Couple insignificant fat fingers -
SUSE and RedHat use difference tools...  s.b. 'different'
Potentially a significant decifit in... s.b. deficit.
 
Taking minutes is a thankless, but crucially important, job. I want to again thank you for taking it on.  I think I can safely say that you have the gratitude of everyone on the Board / XWG.  I motion that we buy you a donut at the workshop.  Or maybe a beer.  Or something.
