Mike,
Thanx for these very thorough notes.
I have 3 potential changes:

1.  IWG report should read “Susan and a small group including JimR, PaulG, PaulB and Bob” are modifying the contract.

2.  The officer vacancy motion was seconded by JimP of Intel (I believe) not JimR.

3.  Gilad's point about the mission statement, I believe, was that we should explicitly >exclude< hardware, not >include< hardware.  Please wait for Gilad to confirm that.
