[Ofa_boardplus] XWG Meeting Minutes from 26 April 2018

One of several points raised in today's discussion was the list of
candidate orgs on slide 3. Parks suggested adding UCX and I'd I'd like to
follow-up by initiating some exploratory discussions to see if any sort of
alliance based on joint technical activities might make sense.

Again, per today's discussion, I'd like invite anyone from the XWG who'd
like to be involved to join me. Based on some lightweight investigation,
the most likely OFA members to be involved would be Mellanox, ORNL, LANL or
IBM, just based on their membership in UCX and their leadership positions
as identified collaborators of members of the advisory board.
