Hmmm... Does this mean every member gets one free pass to the conference?
Yes - if they have an accepted presentation.
Is that a new idea?
Yes - and not fully vetted by the board yet. :)
… just making stuff up to get the conversation started …

Susan, thanks, your changes are completely responsive to the points I made earlier. I think the notion of testing participation starting at the Adopter level is extremely interesting and I look forward to hearing opinions from others
A point I should have made earlier: I see you aren't recommending changes to membership dues. Again, just noting, not offering alternative thoughts. I can easily draft a 2019 budget as Treasurer as soon as I get some other comments from this group

Great feedback. Thanx.
Yes - one thing Bill Lee pointed out last year was that the difference between Adopter and Supporter was basically … nothing.
So I thought we needed to make a distinction, and participation in the test program seemed like a significant perk.
Making it only available to Adopters seemed like an good idea… we’ll see if others agree. :)
Draft is updated and attached.

Susan, thanks, this is very good. I want to note a couple of things just for clarity. I don't have any particular suggestions for changes, just wanting to be clear on some changes you seem to be suggesting and possibly an omission:
1 - I'm not recalling completely our policy, but I think at some point we decided Promoters could nominate individuals for elected office. Recall the person
person holding office needn't be on the Board. Whatever, it's a point worth thinking about
2 - We should be clear about what level has voting rights in WGs
3 - In the past there's been no requirement for a minimum level of membership to participate in testing programs, so what you're proposing is a change.
I happen to think it's an interesting idea, just pointing out it is a change
I think this is a HUGE start on resolving an important question

Please review the attached proposal for how we re-state our membership levels and what they provide.
Any and all feedback is welcome.
This will be discussed in more detail at next week’s XWG meeting.
