[Ofa_boardplus] New OpenFabricsSoftware webpage

I was never worried because I updated references for new versions to github and old versions were still there.
If the old versions go away that would be bad. So... I would vote to just keep the old tarballs around without the gitweb to back them up. The tags in the github repo result in the same code.

The OFA wants to do the right thing here - whatever that is. :)
At this point, we were going to keep the downloads page, but remove everything except a README that points to the new github space.
That said, we could also keep the tar files if that is what is expected.

You can upload the original old tar files to github and link them to their
releases in github if this is a concern.
Do you think it's a legitimate concern ? Did it come up before with
any of the repos that moved ?
Not to my knowledge, but this is the first time we've talked about
having OFA delete the original tar files..
Maybe OFA should take a pause here before they do that and try to keep
them somehow, it is very unusual to loose originally released tar
files.
